Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from near Panama City,
Florida to the south-central Gulf of Mexico near 22N92W.
Reinforcing cold air behind the front will induce gale force
northerly winds near Tampico, and in the Veracruz region tonight
into Fri. Gales are also expected in the Bay of Campeche on Fri,
with seas building to 14 to 16 ft. The front will reach from
near Tampa Bay, Florida to the eastern Bay of Campeche Fri
morning, exiting the basin by Fri evening. High pressure will be
in control of the Gulf region into Sun. Looking ahead, another
cold front will move into the northwest Gulf Sun night into Mon
morning, and move across the basin through Tue.
