Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from a 1009 low near southern
Louisiana to near Tuxpan, Mexico. The front will move across the
basin through Fri, with strong to near gale force northerly
winds behind it, becoming gale force Thu night in the Veracruz
region, then continue through Fri morning. Moderate to fresh E
to SE winds are expected across the Gulf this weekend.
