height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh southerly winds in the western Gulf ahead of a
cold front will prevail into Fri. This front will stall along
the northern Gulf into Sat, then move south as it is reinforced 
by another front for Sun. The start of next week, the front will 
stall from South Florida to the Yucatan Peninsula.
