Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has stalled tonight from the Florida
Panhandle to the Bay of Campeche. This front will begin to move
again Sat morning as high pressure surges south into the Gulf,
resulting in a period of strong to near gale force north winds
offshore Tampico to Veracruz, Mexico through Sat night. The
front will move SE of the basin Mon. Surface ridging will
dominate the basin afterwards through the middle of next week.

.TONIGHT...N winds less than 10 kt, increasing to 10 to 15 kt
after midnight. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.SAT...NW winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.

.SUN...N winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to NE in the afternoon.
