Gulf of Mexico Seas given as significant wave height, which is

Feb 12 2019 .SYNOPSIS...Gale-force northerly winds are expected
offshore of Tamaulipas and Veracruz this afternoon and tonight.
A strong cold front passes through Louisiana near 30N91.5W, to
27N94W, to the coast of Mexico near 25N97.5W. The front will
move to a line from the Florida Panhandle, to 25N92W, to 21N97W
by this afternoon; to a line from SW Florida near 26.5N82W to
24N84.5W, to the Yucatan Peninsula near 21.5N88W by tonight. The
cold front will dissipate from the Straits of Florida to the
Yucatan Peninsula on Wednesday. Southerly return flow will
prevail across the basin on Thursday and Friday. $$
