Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to 19N between 55W and 64W .SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Tammy is now a couple hundred miles north of Anguilla in the northernmost Leeward Islands, continuing to move farther away from the area. Showers and thunderstorms continue to show signs of organization in association with a low pressure system located over the southwestern Caribbean Sea. Environmental conditions appear to be favorable for development, and a tropical depression could form before the system moves inland over Nicaragua by early Tuesday. Regardless of development, this system could produce heavy rains over portions of Central America during the next couple of days. NW Caribbean W of 85W .OVERNIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt.
