Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Tropical N Atlantic
from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Lee is N of the area near 25.7N 67.1W at
5 AM EDT, moving northwest at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds are
100 kt with gusts to 120 kt. Minimum central pressure is 948 mb.
Lee is expected to turn toward the N Wed through Thu and exit
the region. Large N-NW swell across the adjacent Atlantic will
move through the NE Caribbean Passage through early Thu before
gradually diminishing through Thu night and then decreasing
quickly Fri. Moderate to locally fresh trade winds will return
to the Caribbean on Fri.

will begin to turn northward today through Thu, reaching near 
26.6N 67.6W this afternoon, near 28.4N 68.1W Thu morning, near 
30.5N 68.3W Thu afternoon, passing W of Bermuda near 33.0N 68.0W 
Fri morning, then continue moving northward into the weekend. 
Large swell from Lee will propagate in all directions and
