from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N Atlantic from
07N to 19N between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Ida near 20.7N 82.1W 996 mb at 11 AM
EDT moving NW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt gusts
65 kt. Ida will strengthen to a hurricane near 22.2N 83.7W this
evening, move to 24.0N 85.8W Sat morning, 25.9N 87.8W Sat
evening, 27.6N 89.7W Sun morning, 29.0N 90.8W Sun evening, and
move inland and weaken to a tropical storm near 30.3N 91.3W Mon
morning. Ida will weaken to a tropical depression while moving
inland near 33.3N 90.2W early Tue. Moderate to fresh winds are
expected elsewhere through the forecast period, except for
locally strong winds in the south-central Caribbean through the
weekend. Otherwise, fresh to strong winds will pulse at night in
the Gulf of Honduras Sun to Monday.

Hispaniola during the evening hours through Sat night.
