31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N ATLC from 07N to 19N
between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Isaac near 14.9N 61.8W 1006 mb at
11 AM EDT moving W at 17 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt gusts
50 kt. Isaac will move to 14.9N 64.2W this evening, 14.9N 67.0W
Fri morning, 14.9N 69.8W Fri evening, 15.0N 72.3W Sat morning,
and 15.5N 76.5W Sun morning. Isaac will dissipate early Mon. The
highest winds and seas are expected mainly north of the center.
Otherwise, gentle to moderate trades are forecast west of Isaac
while fresh trades are forecast to the east of Isaac.
