.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Maria continues to move away from area.
Moderate to locally fresh E to SE winds expected E of 70W
through Mon. Light N winds W of 70W will gradually become E to
SE through Sat then begin to increase on Sun. Strong nocturnal
trades will resume along the NW coast of Venezuela and NE coast
of Colombia on Mon and Tue evening, as well as across the Gulf
of Honduras.
