.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will quickly move east of the Gulf and
allow fresh southerly winds to develop in the NW Gulf by Wed 
night. A cold front will move off the Texas coast Thu, and reach
from Tampa Bay, FL to Veracruz, Mexico by Fri. Fresh to strong 
winds are expected behind the front off the Texas and Louisiana
coast Thu into Fri. Conditions will improve by Sat with gentle to
moderate winds prevailing across the are through the weekend.
