.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate return flow will prevail through
tonight, locally fresh in the western Gulf of Mexico. A cold
front will move into the northern Gulf coastal waters Thu,
stalling Thu night into Fri. Reinforcing high pressure will push
the front across the Gulf Fri night through Sat night, moving
southeast of the basin early Sun. High pressure will build in
the wake of the front, with winds in the southeast Gulf
increasing to fresh to strong early next week.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.THU...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Chance of showers
and isolated tstms. 
.THU NIGHT...NW to N winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NE to E
after midnight. Seas 3 ft. Slight chance of tstms. 
.FRI...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S to SW in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. Slight chance of tstms. 
.FRI NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming N 15 to 20 kt after
