.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will continue to dominate the Gulf waters
through Wed promoting gentle to moderate NE to E winds.
Southerly return flow will set up across the NW Gulf on Wed
night ahead of the next cold front forecast to enter the region
on Thu. The front will remain nearly stationary over the
northern Gulf on Fri. Reinforcing high pressure will push the
front across the Gulf on Sat, reaching the SE part of the basin
by Sat night. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft in the afternoon. 
.WED NIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.THU...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...NW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to E to SE late.
Seas 3 ft. 
.FRI...SE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to W to NW in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft late.
