.SYNOPSIS...In the wake of a cold front, strong W-NW winds
encompass the basin north of 23N,with moderate to fresh winds
elsewhere. Seas of 12 ft or greater north of 22N and east of 94W
 will gradually subside to below 8 ft by Sun. Fairly tranquil
marine conditions are then forecast for the end of the weekend
into next week. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.OVERNIGHT...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt after midnight.
Seas 8 to 13 ft in NW swell. 
.SAT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
