.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters producing
light to gentle winds Mon and Tue. Fresh to strong southerly
winds will develop in the NW Gulf Tue night into Wed ahead of a
cold front expected to push off the Texas coast on Wed. The
front will move across the Gulf region through Thu night. Fresh
to strong winds are expected ahead and behind the front, with
building seas to 10-12 ft in the wake of the front.

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW in the afternoon.
Seas 3 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft, subsiding to 2 ft
or less. 
.TUE...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 to 4 ft late.
