.SYNOPSIS...High pres extends weakly from the eastern U.S.
southwestward to the N central Gulf. Moderate to fresh southerly
winds in the western Gulf through Thu, with gentle to moderate
winds elsewhere. A cold front enter the NW Gulf Fri night and
bring fresh to strong northerly winds behind it. Fresh to locally
strong northerly winds will spread across the northern Gulf on 
Sat and continue into Sun. Conditions will improve by Sun night.

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
