.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge of high pressure north of the Gulf
along 34N will move eastward through Tue, supporting tranquil
conditions across all but the southeast sections of the basin. A
weak cold front will move across the Gulf on Mon and Tue, with
little enhancement of the winds and seas.
