.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from 27N88W to 24N93W and
to 19N83W. Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms are along
and near the trough. The trough will drift westward toward the 
Texas coast through Mon night. Otherwise, moderate winds prevail 
north of the trough. Winds and seas will diminish across the 
basin through Mon as high pressure builds over the northern Gulf.
The high pressure will change little through Thu night.
