.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Nicholas is inland north of the
area across far SW Louisiana, drifting east. Nicholas is
forecast to become a remnant low Thu. Conditions will continue
to gradually improve offshore the Louisiana and upper Texas
coasts, but fresh winds and seas of 3 to 5 ft can be expected
into tonight. For the remainder of the week, gentle to moderate
mainly southerly flow will dominate the basin.

tstms.
