.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Nicholas near 30.0N 94.1W
1004 mb at 11 PM EDT moving ENE at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds
30 kt gusts 40 kt. Nicholas will move inland to 30.2N 93.6W Wed
morning, become a remnant low Thu morning. Tropical depression
conditions will remain over the SE Texas and SW Louisiana
coastal waters through Wednesday. Moderate to fresh winds
prevail over the north-central waters through Wed afternoon. 
For the remainder of the week, gentle to moderate return flow 
will dominate across the basin.
