.SYNOPSIS...A front draped along the northern Gulf will bring 
moderate to locally fresh northerly winds north of the boundary. 
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue 
through the weekend along the front. Winds and seas could 
increase across the northwest Gulf later in the weekend.
