.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends across the northern Gulf,
from the Florida Panhandle to SE Texas. The front will weaken
today while lifting northward, and dissipate tonight just north
of the area. Elsewhere, a weak surface ridge along 26N-27N will 
dominate the Gulf waters over the next several days producing 
gentle to moderate anticyclonic winds.
