.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary extends across the northern Gulf.
On the Friday, the front will weaken as it lifts northward.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue over the
northern half of the Gulf of Mexico through Friday. Moderate SW
to W winds will prevail south of the front in the northeastern
Gulf through tonight. South of the front, a surface ridge will 
dominate the Gulf waters over the next several days producing 
gentle to moderate anticyclonic winds.

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas 2 ft
or less. Chance of tstms. 
.THU...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU NIGHT...NE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SE to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. Slight chance of tstms.
