.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate SE winds will prevail through 
Tue, with winds becoming primarily gentle by midweek. Convection
is expected to persist over the northwest Gulf tonight and Sat. 
By Sun and into early next week, scattered showers will continue 
across portions of the northwest Gulf with most of the convective
activity shifting inland.
