.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving off the Texas coast tonight will
stall over the northern Gulf on Wed. Reinforcing cool air will
push the eastern part of the front to the Yucatan Channel Fri
night. Moderate to fresh southeast winds are expected in the
western and central Gulf this weekend.
