.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong SE winds will continue over the
central Gulf today ahead of an approaching cold front. The front
will move off the Texas coast this afternoon, stall over the
northern Gulf through Wed night, then move SE across the rest of
the basin Thu through Fri. Moderate to fresh SE winds are
expected across the western and central Gulf this weekend.
