.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds will prevail across the Gulf
through tonight. A cold front will enter the northwest Gulf this
evening and push eastward across the basin through Sun with 
winds diminishing behind the front. Showers and thunderstorms can
be expected across the north- central Gulf through tonight.
