.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has stalled from near Apalachicola,
Florida, to 24N94W, to Veracruz, Mexico, this evening. This 
front will remain nearly stationary through early week, before 
reinforcing cool and dry air pushes the front into the far SE 
Gulf for the middle of the week.
