.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front is over the NW Gulf. Ahead of it,
fresh southerly winds are over the central Gulf. The front will
stall this morning, then continue eastward as a weak cold front
reaching from the Florida panhandle to the central Gulf by early
this evening. The front will weaken further to a trough as it
reaches the southeastern Gulf Mon and dissipates late Mon. An
upper-level trough will help generate scattered showers and
thunderstorms over most of the eastern Gulf waters today. Some
of this activity may contain frequent lightning and strong gusty
winds.
