.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front stretches from central Florida
near 27N82W to 25N93W to the coast of Mexico near 19N94W. The
front is expected to retreat northward as a warm front across the
northern Gulf and move inland tonight. The next cold front will 
move off the Texas coast by Wed evening. Fresh to strong winds 
and building seas are expected behind the front. Winds across 
the Gulf will diminish by the weekend.
