.SYNOPSIS...A cold front across the western Gulf will stall and
weaken through Fri. Another cold front is expected to move into 
the NW Gulf of Mexico on Sun, reach from the NE Gulf to the Bay 
of Campeche on Mon, and become stationary. It will lift northward
as a weak warm front on Tue.
