.SYNOPSIS...Weak surface ridging building across northern Gulf will
persist through Fri, then lift northward. Gentle to moderate SE 
winds should prevail across most of the Gulf Sat through Mon. 
Moist southerly flow over cooler shelf waters is allowing dense 
fog to set up near shore along the coast of Texas and southwest 
Louisiana. Patchy sea fog is possible elsewhere over NW Gulf by 
late today and persisting into early next week.
