.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from a 1009 low near southern
Louisiana to near Tuxpan, Mexico. The front will move across the
basin through Fri, with strong to near gale force northerly
winds behind it. Moderate to fresh E to SE winds are expected 
across the Gulf this weekend.
