.SYNOPSIS...Strong winds and large seas associated with a cold
front exiting the region will gradually diminish today.
Southerly winds will increase over western Gulf through Sat
ahead of a strong cold front that will move off the Texas coast
on Sun. The front will quickly move across the basin Sun through
Mon. High pressure in the wake of this front will bring fresh to
strong northerly winds across the Gulf through Mon. These winds
will be confined to the eastern Gulf Mon night and Tue and
diminish on Tue night. The front will be preceded by fresh to
strong southerly winds north of 27N through Sun. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...Between 90W and 94W, E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas
4 to 6 ft. W of 94W, SE winds 10 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft in E swell. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SAT...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SUN...Between 90W and 94W, SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas
