.SYNOPSIS...A cold front stretching from southern Alabama to
south of Tampico, Mexico near 21N97W will continue moving south
and east across the western and central Gulf of Mexico this
evening. Strong N winds will follow the front. Winds and seas 
will diminish by Thu afternoon. Return S winds should begin 
building over W Gulf on Fri ahead of the next cold front moving 
off the Texas coast by Sun and exit the region by Sun evening.
