.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the central Gulf and
will weaken and drift E tonight. A cold front will move into the
NW Gulf early Fri, and extend from the Florida Big Bend to
22N95W to southern Mexico south of Veracruz Fri afternoon.
Reinforcing cold air with increase winds behind the front will
prevail across the northern Gulf Fri night and Sat while the
front weakens and sinks SE of the basin. High pressure and
generally tranquil marine conditions will prevail over the Gulf
Sun and Mon. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt, shifting to NW 20 to 25 kt
late. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.FRI...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.FRI NIGHT...NW winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft.
