.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure moving off the South Texas coast into
the northwest Gulf will gradually weaken as it moves across the
northern Gulf into the Florida Big Bend area through Tue.
Northerly winds following a trailing cold front will reach gale
force over the western Gulf this evening and tonight. High 
pressure will build over the NW Gulf in the wake of the front,
allowing diminishing winds and seas. The front will move 
southeast of the area by Thu. Looking ahead, another cold front 
will move into the northern Gulf by Fri night.

.TONIGHT...SW winds 25 to 35 kt, shifting to N. Seas 7 to 11 ft 
in SE to S swell. Scattered tstms.
.MON...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft.

.TUE...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
