.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail across the Gulf through
Sun. A cold front moving off the Texas coast Sun night will
bring strong NW winds across the western and central Gulf on
Mon. The front will exit the region by Mon evening with winds
diminishing across the area by Mon night. High pressure will
extend across the Gulf until late week. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 to 4 ft after midnight. 
.SUN...E to SE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
tstms. 
.SUN NIGHT...E winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Scattered
tstms. 
.MON...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.WED...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SW after
