.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front is located from near Panama City,
Florida, to the Bay of Campeche. High pressure building into the
NW Gulf will cause this front to begin to move southeast as a
cold front later this morning. The cold front will move SE of 
the basin Mon. Surface ridging will dominate the basin afterwards
through the middle of next week.

.TONIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
