.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will prevail across the
eastern Gulf of Mexico through Sat, generally maintaining gentle
to moderate winds across most of the basin this week. Fresh
southerly flow is expected over the NW Gulf tonight into Tue as
a low pressure trough develops over northern Mexico and southern
Texas. A cold front may move across the western Gulf Sat and Sat
night, with increasing winds and seas expected behind the front.
