.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough is over the NE Gulf, and extends
from 29N83W to 28N87W. The trough will be followed by a weak
cold front that will move over the northern Gulf waters through
Wed. This front will become stationary and weaken to a trough by
Thu. A surface trough will move off the Yucatan Peninsula into
the Bay of Campeche each evening, accompanied by fresh nocturnal
winds. Elsewhere, a ridge will prevail.
