.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Harvey is inland in N Louisiana.
Harvey will continue to move inland, NE, more and more. A ridge
will build slowly across the Gulf through the remainder of the
week. A trough develops in the western Gulf this weekend. An
area of low pressure may form along this trough in the
southwestern Gulf by the weekend.

.THIS AFTERNOON...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft, subsiding to
2 ft or less. 
.FRI...W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW to N in the morning,
then, shifting to E in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
