.SYNOPSIS...Moderate E to SE winds will prevail across the area 
today, then winds will gradually diminish tonight through Wed as
a cold front moves slowly eastward from Bermuda to central 
Hispaniola. Strong high pressure will dominate most of the 
western Atlantic behind the front through Thu night before 
weakening across the region. The cold front is expected to reach
from near 31N64W to the N central coast of Hispaniola by Wed 
morning, then gradually stall and dissipate across the local NW 
Atlantic waters Thu through Fri. Large NE swell will dominate 
the regional Atlantic waters through the period.
