.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds can be expected on the Atlantic 
waters of Puerto Rico and the Mona Passage as a trough drifts 
eastward away from the area through Mon. A cold front will sweep 
north and east of the region on Tue, where winds will increase to
fresh across the Atlantic and Caribbean waters. These conditions
are expected to continue through Thu.
