.SYNOPSIS...Northeast and east swell will continue to impact the
Atlantic waters and passages into Thu night, while a tropical 
over the area through tonight. A tropical wave will move across
the eastern Caribbean through Thu night accompanied by scattered
showers and thunderstorms and followed by fresh to strong east 
winds. Another tropical wave will move across the eastern
Caribbean Sat and Sat night. It will also be attendant by 
scattered showers and thunderstorms and fresh to strong east
winds. Outside conditions attributed to the tropical waves, high
pressure north of the area will support fresh trades into the 
weekend.
