.SYNOPSIS...A high pres ridge over the western Atlc will 
generally maintain fresh to strong trade winds over the local 
area through Wed night, except that winds will be strong over the
Atlc waters tonight. 8 to 10 ft seas in the Atlc waters will 
subside to between 5 and 6 ft by Wed as long period NE swell 
decay.
