.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 24N65W to the Windward 
Passage will move SE and reach the Mona Passage this evening. The
front will stall from 21N60W to across Puerto Rico late Mon. 
Fresh to strong winds and large seas will accompany this front.
Seas across the Atlantic waters will start to subside by the
middle of next week.
