.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades will increase to fresh speeds
Sun over the Atlantic waters and over the Caribbean waters 
beginning Tue night. A tropical wave will pass over and south of 
Puerto Rico Sun. Another tropical wave will approach the area 
Tue. Large long-period northeast swell will build seas as it 
begins to reach the Leeward Islands beginning early on Sun. 
Another batch of large long-period northeast swell will move 
through the Atlantic waters beginning Wed night.
