.SYNOPSIS...A series of large low pressure systems and associated
cold fronts will move eastward across the Atlc to the N of 30N
through the period. Gentle to locally moderate winds are 
expected over the Caribbean waters, with light to gentle winds 
prevailing over the Atlantic waters.
