.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure building north of the area
will maintain a moderate to locally fresh east to southeast wind
flow across the regional waters. A tropical wave along 71W
accompanied by showers and thunderstorms with strong wind 
gusts will exit the region by this afternoon. High pressure, 
stable weather conditions, and hazy skies will prevail late today
through Sat. Northerly swell will reach the Atlantic waters by 
late Sun.
